School Visit and Assembly at Hadfield Infant School, Merseybank Road, Hadfield - Thursday 7th May

Glossop SNT - School Engagement

PCSO Buller from Glossop YET (Youth Engagement Team) had been asked to attend Hadfield Infants School, Merseybank Road, Hadfield this morning, Thursday 7th May.

This was to complete an assembly for the whole school on 'Road safety' by using the Green Cross Code (Stop - Look - Listen) and encouraging the holding of parents/guardians and siblings’ hands when crossing the road.

Then 'Stranger Danger' - what is a stranger? and what to do if you get lost!

PCSO Buller was ably and kindly assisted during the event by Mrs Kidd today.

Thank you to the head and staff (Mrs Kidd particularly) for allowing this assembly today and a very well done to the children who listened and took part too.
